ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Cancelation Policy:  Deposit is nonrefundable unless facility can be re-rented.  Refunds subject to $25 handling charge.
• More than one cancelation or change in reservation date will result in forfeit of deposit.
• No checks accepted  for balance due.
• New York Sales Tax 7% - Warren County Occupancy Tax 4%.
• Pets may be welcome during the Off Season  or Super Saver rate periods, on an invitation basis only!  Reservations for your pet must be made prior to arrival.  Pet Fee is $25/night/pet.
• No pets July & August.  Sorry, No Exceptions.  Sept. – June pet requests will be considered.  $25 a day.
• Check In time:  4:00 p.m. – Check Out time:  10:00 a.m.
• Early Check In – Late Check Out?  Inquire at office.  Best to call the office the night prior to Arrival/Departure.
• Late checkouts without approval subject to additional fees.
• 2 night minimum required on weekends except for 3 night minimums listed below.
• 3 night Prime-Time rates apply:  Memorial, Labor, Columbus and New Years holidays.  All JUNE weekends.
• 3 night Off-Season rates apply:  Thanksgiving, Presidents and all SEPTEMBER weekends.
• 3 night Super Saver rates apply:  Martin Luther King Weekend.
• Iroquois, Eagles Nest, and Seneca Retreat require a 3 night minimum Off-Season.  Exceptions made on "short notice" reservations, typically one to two days prior to arrival, at Innkeepers discretion.
• Cabins furnished with full kitchens, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, TV, DVD, telephone, radio and wireless internet. 
• Daily maid service is provided, except for Summer weekly rentals.
• All housekeeping cabins rented Saturday-Saturday ONLY, during the Summer Season.
• Upon request, daily maid service is available for summer cabin rentals.  $75 a week plus 11% tax applied to weekly cabin rental.
• No Credits for Lodging accepted during summer or holiday weekends.
• Cabin rate based on 4 people.  Lodge and motel rate based on 2 people.  Additional guests considered, please inform us prior to arrival, additional $20/day/guest.
• Dock Space Fee:  $150 weekly.  $25 daily.  Free Off Season.
• Boat Beaching Fee:  $75 weekly.  $10 daily.  Free Off Season.
• Cribs, High Chairs, and aero beds available.  Please reserve in advance.  No additional charge.
• Resort Maintenance fee added to all summer weekly cabin rentals.
• Fireplaces not available for summer use.
• Cabins left requiring excessive cleaning time will result in additional charges assessed.
• Upon arrival the deposit will be applied to last day of stay.
• A one night deposit is required for advanced reservations of 4 days or less.
• An approximate 50% deposit is required on reservations of 5 days or more.
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for advanced summer weekly reservations.
